Have your say on future of Rossmore
Administrator | Feb 18, 2014 | Comments 0
As part of the ongoing Official Plan Review for Prince Edward County, a comprehensive study of Rossmore Village is under way and residents are being asked for their opinions.
The study will result in a new municipal land use plan (secondary plan) designed to address community needs, aspirations and challenges through policies and implementation tools.
Matters under review include future development potential, water and sanitary services, roads and traffic, parks, natural heritage features, village design and community improvement opportunities.
The secondary plans for Picton, Wellington and Rossmore were 30 years old when the County initiated the Secondary Plans Review in 2010.
