CHEERS! to the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation and Auxiliary! PECMH had an emergent need for two colonoscopes for the operating room at a cost of approximately $80,000. The Foundation approached the PECMH Auxiliary to assist with the purchase of one of the colonoscopes. At the auxiliary’s Oct. 22 general meeting, it was unanimously approved that the Auxiliary give $50,000 to the Foundation to assist with the purchase of the colonoscopes.
