Hospital auxiliary tag day donations buy stretcher mattresses

PECMH Auxiliary president Peggy Payne, Emergency room nurse Karen Connor and Carolynn Whiteley, Director of In-Hospital Services, show one of the new stretcher mattresses that the PECMH Auxiliary funded using proceeds from their annual Tag Day event. The stretcher mattresses are specially designed to alleviate pressure on the patient, and are particularly helpful for the frail and elderly.
