Hospital Foundation gains $7,500 campaign boost

The Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation applied for a grant to the Royal Canadian Legion, Ontario Provincial Command Branches and Ladies’ Auxiliaries Charities Foundation and was awarded $7,500 toward the purchase of a colonoscope for the operating room at PECM. This type of community support is vital as the government does not provide funds to purchase medical equipment.
