Ice broken through Bay of Quinte to Picton this weekend

Recreational ice users in Picton Bay and the Bay of Quinte should be aware of ice-breaking operations in the area to permit transit of cement carrier the McKeil Spirit to Lehigh.
The McKeil Spirit is operated by McKeil Marine Limited and measures just under 140 metres long and 21 metres wide.
