KICK’N BACKYARD CORN

6 cobs corn
¾ cup butter
¼ cup green onion (minced)
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1 ½ tbsps. lemon juice
2 tbsps. fresh parsley (chopped)
¼ tsp. nutmeg
¼ tsp. cumin
1 tsp. tobassco sauce
½ clove garlic (minced)
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
– in a medium sauce pan add and melt butter over medium low heat
– add worchestershire sauce, nutmeg, cumin, tobassco sauce, garlic, chili powder, lemon juice,
parsley, salt, pepper and mix well while continuing to heat over low
– remove from heat and blend in green onion
– brush liberally over corn, coating well
– wrap corn in foil, sealing ends
– place on grill and BBQ for 30-40 minutes, until kernels are tender
