Man injured while cutting down trees

The PEC Fire Department contacted the OPP Friday morning about 10:18 p.m. regarding a work-related accident.
PEC Community Services officer Anthony Mann said the incident took place on a County Road 18 property in Athol where workers were cutting down trees.
An injured male was transported by ambulance to Kingston General Hospital.
The OPP have contacted the Ministry of Labour to investigate.
