PECI Panther Girls hockey beat the Trenton High School Tigers 5-1 last week in Trenton with unrelenting offensive.
Tiger’s goalie Lauryn Bons appeared to be whittled down by the amount of heated rubber that she managed to stop, block and roll. Panther scoring was provided by Cailey Jones (2), Amber Miller (2) and Kassidie Wood. Assists were from Meghan Anderson (2), Jones (2), Sam Ward (2) and Celina Fox.
The next Panther Girl’s Hockey game is an old family feud against the county girls who are on the Nicholson Catholic College Crusaders. Puck drops Thursday, Dec. 11 at 3pm in Picton.
