Paramedics help stock food bank shelves

CHEERS! to CUPE Local 1842 paramedics who were helping feed the hungry over the holiday season by raising more than $1,500 and collecting food for five local food banks. In conjunction with the Hastings Quinte Paramedic Service, holiday food drives were held at local grocery stores to gather donations. An ambulance was set up at each location and volunteers accepted donations.
