Peggy Payne new hospital auxiliary president

Prince Edward County’s Hospital Auxiliary welcomed Peggy Payne as its president during the recent annual general meeting.
Beverley Thompson will take on the role of vice-president. Fran Donaldson becomes past president, and former past president, Susan Law, remains as one of the leaders of the newly-formed Endoscopy Ambassador team.
The other elected officers include: Judy Anderson, secretary; Ursula Cattelan, treasurer; Dorothy Speirs-Vincent, director of communications; Carolynn Whiteley, director of in-hospital services; Pam Strachan, director of fundraising retail; Art Hewer, director of fundraising projects and Nancy Finnegan, director of membership and volunteer services.
Next up is the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Tag Day Friday, May 31. Buy a tag and support Picton hospital. Tags will be available in various locations throughout Picton. This year, all proceeds will go toward the purchase of a stretcher.
