Power should be back on by 1:30 p.m.

More than 9,300 homes in the County were without power early this morning.
Vandalism at a distribution station was the cause for the outage which also affected customers in Brighton.
Power was restored for most of the customers, the remainder should be back on line by 1:30 p.m. today.
