Powerful winds uprooting trees, causing damage

Thursday’s powerful winds whipped across the County uprooting trees and causing structural damage.
Thursday morning, Environment Canada issued a wind warning with the risk of winds gusting upward of 90 km/h.
countylive.ca Facebook friends are reporting trees down, trampolines flying through the air, general damage, scary trips over the Skyway Bridge at Belleville and debris flying by on Highway 401.
The Weather Network reports the powerful wind gusts will continue to ease throughout the day. Gusts are predicted at about 35km/h tonight and 25km/h overnight.
