The Quinte Regional Science and Technology Fair (QRSTF) is gearing up for its annual event April 5, and is in need of volunteers to serve as judges.
Professionals and enthusiasts alike are invited to help inspire the next generation of innovators and scientists.
To prepare, two judges’ orientation meetings are scheduled for March 18th and 19th. During these sessions, potential judges will receive guidance on the judging process, criteria for evaluation, and insights on how to effectively communicate with young participants about their projects.
It is hoped judges will play a vital role in fostering a culture of scientific inquiry and enthusiasm among students in the Quinte area; their background and expertise helping young minds grow and excel in scientific pursuits.
Whether you have a background in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM), or simply a passion for encouraging youth, you are invited to participate.
