Roadway line painting continues

Painting of pavement markings and lines will continue in the County this week.
Handwork such as parking spaces and stop bars is underway while the large mobile truck is expected to start on roadways (centreline/edgeline) Tuesday, Aug. 22.
Minor traffic disruptions short in duration may occur during line painting.
Drivers are reminded to not cross the centreline when encountering a line painting crew on the road; it takes approximately two minutes for line painting to dry.
The majority of work is to take place during daytime hours. Some night work will occur in urban areas.
