Santa Claus popped in to the Prince Edward Family Health Team’s (PEFHT) Babeez N Arms’ Group to hear some final Christmas wishes.
“Ho! Ho! Ho! I’ve checked my list and need to check it twice. Merry Christmas to these County cuties!” said Santa after his morning visit.
The “County Baby Group”, also known as PEFHT Baby N Arms’, meets every Monday at the Wellington United Church from 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Families with children 18 months and younger are welcome to drop in.
“Our group develops a special bond that new mothers and families often share over a lifetime,” said Jennifer Howting, RN, Maternal Infant Child Program, PEFHT.
“I always look forward to Monday as young parents come together to share tips, tricks and other ways of tackling new challenges that come with a newborn,” said Shannon, mom of two. “And having Jenn there, makes me confident in knowing that I’m getting the help we need for my child.”
