Administrator | Sep 11, 2018 | Comments 1
The municipality will begin repairing and replace several sidewalks throughout Picton over the next three weeks.
Work began today in the area east of Lake Street and south of Main Street and is expected to continue for three weeks moving to the area north of Picton Main Street.
There may be pedestrian delays and sidewalk closures while construction takes place.
Affected property owners will be notified of any access disruptions.

Hope they will include the raised stretch of sidewalk on Hill Street between Fairfield and Bay. It is so crumbling and grown through with mature weeds that it is no longer possible to walk on it; exercise caution when walking on the road past that section- Hill, Fairfield and the drive leading up from the yacht club all come together at that spot.
