‘Snow much fun’ at Milford Winter Carnival

A fine winter’s day brought outdoors enthusiasts to the Milford Mill Pond for Milford Winter Carnival activities.
The day began with a pancake breakfast at the Milford Town hall and continued with winter fun on the Mill Pond that included skating, hockey, bike riding, cross country skiing, snow angel making and curling with logs.
Hot chocolate and hot dogs were served up free of charge by the South Marysburgh Recreation Committee. Free horse-drawn wagon rides throughout the village were also offered.
The day ended with a free family movie “Wallace and Grommet” shown at Mt. Tabor, followed by Family Bingo games at the Town Hall.
