Soccer tournament weekend celebrates another successful season

The Prince Edward County Soccer Association celebrated the end of another successful season with a sunshine-filled tournament weekend.
Over the past 17 years, PECSA has gone from 40 players to an average of 1000 children enjoying the sport each summer.
