Students at Sonrise Christian Academy are presenting ‘The Game Plan’ for their annual spring musical. The story centres on a group of kids who are members of the Cardinals soccer team. The players and the Cheer Squad have very different personalities, talents and skills. As the story progresses the children encounter conflicts. In the end, even though everything does not turn out perfect, the children learn to trust in God’s master plan.
The entire student body is part of the production filled with drama, conflict, humour and energy. They will be presenting three performances at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Bloomfield. Thursday, May 12th at 1:30 and 7p.m. and Friday, May 13th at 7p.m. Everybody welcome. A free-will offering will be taken in support of the school’s athletic program.
