Athletes from the Algonquin Lakeshore Catholic School Board meet at the Mary Sills Park in Belleville last week for the district track and field competition for students in the western half of the school board.
Above, the County’s Luke Norton, runs for St. Gregory’s Catholic School, centre, while the runner at left, from Our Lady of Mercy School, loses his shoe during the Grade 7 boys’ 100 meter final. (The airborne shoe is at mid-ankle of the runner at right).
Below, Kenil Warren, of St. Gregory’s School in Picton, won the Grade 8 100-meter sprint final.
