Sun shines on Ameliasburgh’s Fair

A sunny weekend helped visitors to the Ameliasburgh Fair enjoy the the two-day event under the theme “Those Were the Days”.

Roy Pennell, who has served as chair and member of the Ameliasburgh Fair Board, was thanked with a plaque honouring many years of service.
“There are approximately 100 people that work throughout year for the fair, so I will just take a little bit of credit,” said Pennell. “The credit truly lies with the fair board.”
