The ‘Fair-est’ Babies of them all for 2013

Elsie-Anna Louise Conlin Maracle was named the Best Baby winner of the annual Tim Horton’s Baby Show Friday afternoon – opening day of the 178th annual Picton Fair.
Elsie-Anna, at the show with mom Tanya Maracle, of Picton, was winner in the 4-6 month female category.
First runner-up was Jakob George McTaggert, of Picton, at the show with mom Katie Carter, winner of the 13-18-month male category. Second runner up was Declan William Valleau, at the show with mom Katie Valleau, of Picton. He won in the 13-18 month male category.
Lana Latchford noted the entries to this year’s show we down to 55.
Show sponsor Paul Massey, owner of Picton’s Tim Hortons, joked that when the County winters are especially cold, entrants in the annual contest often top 100 contestants.
He congratulated all the participants and also thanked Andy Forgie for entertaining the crowd in the hall with fun music and song while registrations were confirmed.

4-6 month (female) Elsie-Anna Louise Conlin Maracle, of Picton, at the show with mom, Tanya Maracle
4-6 month (male) Patrick Robert Fleguel, of Picton, at the show with mom Guinevere Whitehead, of Picton.
7-12 month (female) Acadia Trumaine Crozier, daughter of John and Tara Crozier, of Carrying Place.
7-12 month (male) Declan William Valleau, at the show with Katie Valleau, of Picton.
13-18 month (female) Brinsley Catherine Todd Gourley, at the show with mom Brianne Todd, of Picton.
13-18 month (male) Jakob George McTaggert, of Picton, at the show with mom Katie Carter.
