Saying “yes” to playing the Encore draw paid off for Linda Lavallee and Conrad Lemieux, of Hillier. They matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order in the November 23, 2019 LOTTO 6/49 draw to win $100,000.
The couple discovered their win using the OLG Lottery app.
“I was very surprised and delighted,” said Linda, 53, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up their win.
Linda and Conrad plan to pay some bills, take a vacation and save for retirement.
Encore can be played in conjunction with most lottery games for an extra $1. There is an Encore draw every day.
The winning ticket was purchased at MacEwen’s on Main Street in Wellington.
