All County boat launches now open

All municipal boat launches have re-opened as water levels have dropped enough to allow safe use.
The municipality reminds boaters that high water levels are still impacting many residents and boaters are asked to reduce speed to minimize wake and avoid causing further damage and erosion to shorelines.
County boat launches include Picton Marina, Big Island, Glendon Green (at East Lake); Mabel Kleinsteuber (at West Lake) Northport, Picton, Prinyer’s Cove, Weller’s Bay, Wellington Beach and Wellington Marina.
