Culvert construction on the causeway

A culvert on the causeway at the west end of Prince Edward Road 28 being replaced. While working on the site they are using giant water-filled bags to keep the water from Saugeen Marsh from flowing into the work site. The section of road is to be closed until the job is complete at the end of September.
