One of the biggest “excuses” I hear about not exercising is that “I have no time”.
In this busy world, we get bogged down in all of the “have-to’s” of adult life. What if I told you that you could build exercise into your day and not have to find the extra time?
That’s right! Here are five tips to get more exercise in less time!
#1. Do you need something upstairs? Make three extra trips up and down the stairs before you pick up your item.
#2. Preparing a meal in the kitchen? Do 15 pushups by placing your hands on the counter top and stepping back a little.
#3. Headed to the shower? Before stepping in, do 20 squats.
#4. Watching TV? (Thought you didn’t have time to exercise – whatcha doing watching TV?) During every commercial, get down on the floor and do 15 ab curls.
#5. About to check Facebook or your emails? Do 10 jumping jacks before you log in.
See how simple it can be to add exercise into your day? You don’t need to go and change; you don’t need to get all sweaty; you don’t need to spend lots of money on a gym membership.
Just choose and MOVE IT!
