Bloomfield unveiled the Christmas season Friday night with its annual twinkle and sparkle filled Festival of Lights Santa Claus Parade.
Chili and hot chocolate were served at the Town Hall, while horse-drawn carriage rides were offered before the parade which showed off the County’s rural charm. Many lining the route from Stanley and along Main Street received a small chocolate milk handed out by PEC Junior Dairy Farmers or a Christmas carrot from Hagerman Farms along with the usual cascade of candy.
Santa’s parade visits to the County wrap up next weekend when Wellington hosts its annual Christmas in the Village Saturday morning at 10 a.m.
