Free fitness in person or online – Tuesdays and Thursdays

The Prince Edward County Public Library is helping people with core and balance with a fun, chair-based exercise program that combines warm-up, cardio, resistance, flexibility and cool-down.
The free FUNctional fitness classes are hosted by Jennifer Cobb Tuesdays at 11:15 a.m. at the Wellington Branch Library and Thursdays at 11:15 a.m. at the Picton Branch Library.
They are also available online – through Zoom and Facebook Live.
