Help Sonrise students gather household supplies for Almost Home

Grade 4 and 5 students at Sonrise Christian Academy in Picton have started a community outreach project collecting household supplies for Almost Home in Kingston.
Almost Home is a not-for-profit organization that offers inexpensive housing to families who have loved ones staying at Kingston General Hospital for an extended period of time.
The students were visited by some families in the community who stayed at Almost Home while their children were at the Kingston General Hospital receiving care.
The students are collecting household supplies (all purpose cleaners, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, etc.)
They are collecting these items up until this Friday, May 10th. Donations are welcome at Sonrise (58 Johnson Street) between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
