Home sale prices are up but sales are down significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Plane notes QDAR realtors have adapted their business to the guidelines set out by Canada’s public health authoriities helping ensure health and safety of buyers and sellers.
The April monthly dollar sales for 2020 were down 49 per cent compared to 2019. The average residental sale price for April, however, showed a 5.9 per cent increase over 2019.
There are 736 active residential listings currently, compared to 935 in 2019.
