An intricate Halloween display on County Road 2 just North of Allisonville, photographed by John Ferguson, plays on this fall’s hit movie IT, based on the 1986 novel by Stephen King starring Pennywise the clown, creeping out all ages, everywhere. Whereabouts of the red balloon unknown.
