Jr. Boys to host COSSA after silver medal win at Bay of Quinte

PECI will be hosting the Junior Boys COSSA “AA” Volleyball Championships next week after the Panthers brought home the silver medal from Bay of Quinte this week.
“The boys played very well all day, getting stronger with each match,” said coach Adam Palmer. “After a strong victory over Marc Garneau in their last pool play match the boys won in convincing fashion over Centre Hastings to proceed to the gold medal match. Once there, they met a strong, determined Quinte Christian team. The boys had a solid game offensively, as well as from the service line, but could not overcome the consistency of QCHS. A good day overall leaving us as the number one seed from the Bay of Quinte heading into Tuesday’s AA COSSA tournament to be held at PECI.”
