Spring Hours
Breakfast – Amelia’s Garden is available Monday-Saturday from 8 am-10:30am. Breakfast is available until noon on Sundays.
Barley Room Pub – Open 7 days a week 12 pm-8 pm & Friday-Saturday 12 pm-9 pm, live music Wednesday – Saturday starting at 6:30 pm. No reservations available, please come early to grab a spot.
Amelia’s Garden Dining Room – Lunch & Afternoon Tea bookings available 7 days a week. Open 7 nights a week for dinner 5:30pm-8pm. To book a reservation, call (613) 476-7492 ext. 1 OR book online by clicking here.
Guest Services – The Waring House is currently on spring hours. Guest Services is available on-site and takes calls daily from 8 am – 7 pm Sunday through Thursday, and from 8am – 8pm on Friday and Saturday. At other times, please leave a message, and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Accommodations are available 7 days a week.

PEC Single Malt Society
Everyone is welcome! Whether you are a long-standing aficionado or just dipping your toes in, these dinners are a great way to understand the differences in single malts and the regions they come from. We provide tasting and information on where to get the whiskys we have presented so you can enjoy them at home and experiment for yourself!
