Male dies after fall from roof of his home

UPDATE: The deceased male has been identified as Brian Patrick McGowan, 67, from Prince Edward County. The OPP have concluded their investigation.
A male who fell from the roof of his residence onto concrete was pronounced dead at the scene this morning.
Prince Edward Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a 9-1-1 call for assistance at a residence in Hillier Friday around 10:30 a.m. The OPP attended to assist Hastings – Prince Edward Emergency Medical Services (EMS) at the Huyck’s Bay Road address.
Prince Edward OPP are in the process of notifying next of kin and will be continuing the investigation with the assistance of the local coroner.
Const. Karen German, media relations officer, stated the investigation is non-suspicious at this time.
