The Prestige Construction Midgets Kings kicked-off their 2012-2013 season with a scoreless tie on the road Friday night in Amherstview. Playing without three regulars in the line-up, the Kings couldn’t get their offence going and it was the Loyalist Jets who enjoyed most of the good scoring chances.
Brad Wells was up to the challenge in the Kings cage as he earned the shut-out.
The Midget Kings home opener is scheduled for Sunday, October 18th at 8:15 in Wellington when they host Ennismore.
