No foul play suspected

David Franks
Provincial police reported today there is no foul play suspected in the death of 24-year-old David Franks.
A post-mortem at Ottawa Hospital has been completed on Franks, found in the Bay of Quinte near Massassauga Point.
He had left his Cty Rd 28 home for an early morning job on May 25 and was located June 1 following extensive searches by police, military and the community. No further details will be released.
The Franks family thanked the community for its support and asked donations in his honour be made to the community policing program ‘Give Where You Live Campaign” formerly known as Pedal for Hope. Franks was an active volunteer with that organization.
