OPP investigating sudden death

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating the death of a Hallowell resident.
Early Monday afternoon, Hastings-Quinte Paramedic Services reported a deceased person found inside a residence on Loyalist Parkway to the OPP Prince Edward County Detachment.
The deceased has been identified as 34-year-old Travis Rosseau.
Constable Patrick Menard, Prince Edward OPP Community Safety Officer, stated there is no danger to the public. The death is not suspicious and the body has been sent for a post mortem examination.
Under the direction of Detective Inspector Brad Collins, of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, the investigation is being conducted by members of the Prince Edward County OPP Crime Unit, the Community Street Crime Unit, and East Region Forensic Identification Services.
