PECI’s Cole Norton training in a 100 metre dash with a resistance parachute at the CML Snider track. He says it makes it harder to run and that’s what he wants. Norton has two provincial track meets this summer in Oshawa with the Quinte Legion track team and is hoping to advance to the Nationals in PEI in August. So far this season, he earned three gold at Bay of Quinte; three gold at COSSA; a silver and two bronze at Regionals and a bronze at OFSSA. Phil Norton photo
