Paul and Main area residents advised to put the toilet lid down today

The County’s Water and Wastewater Department asks residents in the areas of sewer flushing work to keep toilet seat lids closed, especially in basement washrooms, as splashing may occur when sewer mains are cleaned with high pressure equipment.
The department plans its sewer main flushing at the corner of Picton Main Street and Paul Street during the afternoon, Tuesday, Oct. 16.
