Judging by the traffic along my road today I would say the same thing is also happening. Sadly, there is no legal way these inconsiderate “neighbours” can be kept from using their properties. Nor when they provide their health card at our hospital can they be turned away because their primary residence is elsewhere.
Thank you to our doctors for saying this to our seasonal folks. The normally empty houses on my road owned by seasonal residents or for STA purposes are now full with people whom i assume are urban owners. I can understand their thinking but it makes it dangerous for the full time residents either through their potential to be virus carriers or by worse yet putting a strain on our local small healthcare sytem and its staff.
