Prince Edward Collegiate Institute students Marianne Cameron and Cassidy Allison, shown here with principal Shelley MacKenzie-Coates, have been awarded the Canadian Federation of University Women Belleville and District Scholarships. They are recognized for their outstanding achievements and their contributions in the community. Cameron won $1,500 and Allison won $1,000. Funds for these scholarships are raised by the CFUW during events such as the Town and Country Garden Tour to be held this year on July 14 from 10 am – 4 pm, rain or shine. Cost is $20 to see eight spectacular gardens in Belleville and on Rednersville Road and support the CFUW Scholarship Fund.
