Water pressure, service restored in Ameliasburgh

UPDATE 9:15p.m.:
The municipality reports technical issues at the Ameliasburgh Water Treatment Plant have been resolved, and water service has been restored to all customers.
Operations staff have completed flushing in the system. Some customers may experience coloured water as a result of flushing. If coloured water is experienced, residents can flush the cold water tap nearest to the water meter in their home to flush colour from their taps.
Pressure loss, water interruption in Ameliasburgh
The municipality has been working to resolve technical issues at the Ameliasburgh Water Treatment Plant Wednesday.
As a result of the issues, there is a system-wide water pressure loss, causing a temporary water service interruption to all customers.
