‘ROC’ solid support for youth from Picton Firefighters Association

The Picton Firefighters’ Association presented $2,500 to Shannon Collins, Executive Director for theROC Youth Services, toward their “Keep the Doors Open” campaign. The donation will support theROC to meet monthly expenses like, heat, hydro and rent to allow them to focus on supporting County youth. TheROC Youth Services provides opportunities, mentorship and programs in a safe environment that encourage youth to succeed socially, emotionally, and academically by prioritizing their wellbeing and safety; fostering resiliency and a sense of community.
