Seller’s market for residential real estate

Residential listings numbers down for the month of June signals a strong seller’s marker, reports Quinte and District Real Estate Association president Jamie Troke.

“Residential listing numbers for June are down 2.8 per cent, from 598 in 2014 to 581 in 2015, which indicates it’s still a strong sellers market,” he said. “With all the market activity, sellers should consider getting a current opinion of value.”
