‘Hoppy’ Easter in the County

Herds of children gathered at the Williams Family farm just outside Bloomfield on Saturday morning for the 5th Annual Prince Edward Junior Farmers Easter Egg Hunt.
Children posed for photographs with Betsy the cow and the Easter bunny. Families met cows and calves during a tour of the farm. They made crafts and jumped in the straw in the barn until the call came to join in on the hunt for foil wrapped chocolates. Winners of the shiny new bicycle and wagon donated by Home Hardware will be notified by telephone.
The sun continued to shine in Milford for families and friends meeting at the Ann Farwell Public Library for story time and crafting of bonnets. All ages mustered at the Town Hall for a parade to the fairgrounds.
An energetic search at the ball diamond and field rewarded participants with their share of thousands of foil wrapped eggs donated by the recreation association.
