Two full late evening closures of Skyway Bridge May 14-15

Expect extended full closures of Highway 49 at the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge mid-May.
Aecon Construction, rehabilitating the bridge from 2018 to 2024 states closures are set for Tuesday, May 14 from 9-11 p.m. and Wednesday, May 15 from midnight to 2 a.m.
During these time periods the highway will be closed to traffic. Motorists are advised to use the Glenora Ferry. Emergency services are advised to follow protocols outlined with Aecon should they be required to cross the bridge.
