Water main repairs continue Wednesday

Repairs are under way to a water main leak outside of 32 Talbot Street, Picton on Tuesday are expected to continue through Wednesday about lunchtime.
This portion of Talbot may be reduced to one lane of traffic for the duration of the repair. Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area if possible.
These repairs are not expected to impact water quality, however residents living in the area may experience intermittent pressure fluctuations and coloured water. The water remains safe to drink throughout the duration of construction.
If coloured water is experienced, customers are encouraged to flush their water lines at the tap closest to the water meter once maintenance is complete.
