Councillor Peggy Burris cut the ribbon for the official opening of the tourist kiosk near Consecon (corner of highways 33 and 1). Sponsored by Sandbanks Summer Village Cottages, The County Way Restaurant, Hillier Estate Winery and Home Hardware, the kiosk is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the week and Pat Hyduk will be on site on from noon to 5 p.m. Fridays to Sundays for personalized welcomes and tourist information.
