Wellington COPE funds help hospice

The Community Outreach of Planned Events committee (C.O.P.E.) from Wellington United Church presented $4,000 to Hospice Prince Edward – funds raised from its annual Community Benefit Dinner and Dance. To date, the annual event has raised $9,000 for hospice services in Prince Edward County. Representing the committee, at left, is Kathy Alyea presenting the donation to Nancy Parks, Hospice Executive Director.
