APPLE CINNAMON POPCORN

8 cups popped popcorn
½ cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsps. brown sugar
2 tsps. powdered sugar
¼ cup apple juice
½ cup dried diced apple
½ cup pecans (chopped)
1 tsp. cinnamon
– in a small sauce pot melt butter
– add brown sugar, apple juice, vanilla and bring to soft boil then remove from heat
– in a large bowl add popcorn, dried apple, pecans and fold then set aside
– in a small bowl add cinnamon, powder sugar and blend together
– dust popcorn mix with cinnamon sugar and toss lightly
